MANUAL SETTING MACHINE FOR BAND SAW BLADES RPT-60 The saw set is very easy to operate and failure-free. When pressing the lever, the teeth are being opened out. The return move of the lever moves the saw blade by next teeth. Depending on a kind of saw blade, it is possible to adjust the mode of saw setting, for example: one tooth will be not opened out and the other two teeth will be opened out – with this mode two teeth are being opened out at the same time and one tooth is being passed over. The saw setting with this device is easy and quick.
