Tasks of the group are contained in systematical contacts with clients as before- and after-sales service.

Our specialists are in position to satisfy all users of our products in the sphere of preparation of equipment to work and full exploitation of the technical possibilities.

Tasks of Service are:

  • training in technology of production, preparation and correct exploitation of Fenes`s tools
  • technical consulting in selection and correct exploitation of Fenes`s saws and mandrel tools
  • solving a problems (together with client) arising from using of our tools - complaints
  • compliance with client`s needs in working up special tools and directions for them

 

Complaints/Claims

 The way of making a claim:

  • by post to the company’s address,
  • by fax to number: +48 25 632 52 51 ext. 395,
  • by e-mail: jakosc@fenes.com.pl,
  • directly at the head office.

It’s necessary to provide:

  • name and address of complainant,
  • product which the claim refers to, its description and information about the problem encountered,
  • information about remedy requested.

Time of a claim handling - according to valid rules of law.
