In FENES automatic cutting machines, after switching on the switch, the entire cutting cycle, i.e. fixing the cut material in the hydraulic vice, switching on the cutting belt movement, material feed, lowering the cutting arm (adjustable speed), stopping the machine after the cut, lifting the arm up (the height of the arm lifting is adjustable), and switching off the hydraulic vice, takes place automatically. Safety during the cutting process is ensured by an electrical system that meets all CE requirements.

The machine is equipped with a limit switch that stops the machine when the cutting process is finished, an emergency stop switch, the so-called "safety mushroom", a number of micro switches that turn off the machine. The massive, stable and refined construction and the arm made of uniform cast iron provides the machine with a very high rigidity and stability when cutting, resulting in precise cutting and long trouble-free operation The construction as well as the use of a suitable cutting belt, makes it possible to fully perform multi-series cutting of both profiles and full details. The cutting machine is equipped with a CNC controller, which controls all functions of the machine in automatic mode:-lowering of the frame console during cutting, - raising of the console, - opening and closing of the vice, - feeding of the material into the cutting zone, - possibility to save up to 8 complete cutting programs, - cutting accuracy up to ± 0.2 mm, - automatic stop of the machine in case of strip breakage, - safety control.
