5-axis measuring device Genius 3 from Zoller.
Heat treatment of tools is carried out in Seco Warwick vacuum furnaces, which allows for high quality of tool surfaces, absence of pitting and surface decarburization, corrosion resistance, higher ductility with the same hardness of the tool.
Belt toothing technology is made using Normac's state-of-the-art production line and other CNC grinders, resulting in high-quality saws characterized by highly accurate and repeatable blade geometry.
The saw reaming process is carried out on numerical, fully automatic reamers from Alo Center AB. The entire unraveling process is monitored by a camera system, which ensures very accurate and repeatable unraveling of the saws.
Heat treatment of bimetal saws is fully carried out in tunnel furnaces from Ruhstrat. These devices ensure high quality heat treatment - correct structure and hardness.
The technologically very important saw straightening operation is carried out with a Kesel brand straightening machine to ensure proper longitudinal straightness of the saws.
