In connection with the application as from 25th of May 2018 in Poland of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data, Fabryka Narzędzi Skrawających „FENES” presents information required by the Regulation and concerning the processing of personal data.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

You have the right to object to specific data processing at any time. The company will consider the validity of the objection. Expressing consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary, but in the case of conclusion of the contract, providing personal data is necessary for its conclusion. In addition, providing certain data may be necessary to perform a specific transaction or activity. In the event of refusal to provide the data required by the contract or the law, the Company will not conclude the contract or will not perform the transaction or activities. The company processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- performing activities in accordance with the consent granted - e.g. for marketing purposes - legal basis consent (Article 6 clause 1 point a) of the GDPR)
- activities related to the conclusion, performance or termination of the contract and the performance of other activities in this pre-contracting (obtaining data as a contractor, proxy data, data necessary to assess the transaction risk, payment security, possible claims, etc.) - legal basis indispensability for the performance of the contract (Article 6 clause 1 point b) of the GDPR)
- performance of a legal obligation - the Company processes data if such obligation results from the provisions of Polish law or European Union law (obligations arising from tax law, social insurance regulations, accounting regulations or archiving, and others) - legal basis (Article 6 clause 1 point c) of the GDPR
- pursuing the legitimate interests of the Company - pursuing claims or defending against the opponents - legal basis justified interest of the Company (Article 6 clause 1 point f) of the GDPR)
- for marketing purposes, which include the transfer of commercial information, including offers, proposals for closing agreements with the Company as well as marketing campaigns - advertisements, organizing promotions, contests - legal basis consent (Article 6 clause 1 point a) of the GDPR)

If as part of the contract / order / order you provided the Company with personal data of employees / co-employees, this information also applies to them and should be made available to them.
5. The type of date being processed
The company processes the data:
- necessary for identification or verification (checking the identity of the counterparty or representing entity, compliance of the given data with registration documents and / or identity documents - PESEL, address data, tax identification number)
- necessary for correspondence, order fulfillment - address data, contact details (telephone numbers, e-mail address)
- regarding marital status
6. Data and addresses
The Company may provide personal data to entities or bodies:
- authorized by law (in particular ZUS, Tax Office),
- to which the transfer of data is necessary for the performance of a specific activity, e.g. carriers, insurers of shipments,
- cooperating entities for the purposes necessary to achieve the company's objectives - legal advice, IT, audits
- indicated in the submitted consent / authorization,
7. Data processing period
The period of data processing depends on the purpose for which it was collected and is processed and results from the applicable law and instructions / regulations / policies issued on the basis of regulations by the Company, including data processed:
- in connection with the conclusion of the contract - for the time necessary to conduct negotiations, and in the case of a contract - a year after the expiration of the claims under the contract
- in connection with the conduct of court proceedings - until the limitation period for claims covered by the ruling
- with consent - for the period specified in the declaration of consent, but not longer than until the consent is withdrawn
8. Rights
You have the right to:
- request access to their personal data, rectify them when they are inconsistent with the actual state, and in cases provided for by law to delete them or restrict data processing
- object to the processing of data
- request to transfer data or obtain a copy of the data, however, this right cannot adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others, including trade secrets or intellectual property, and it will be implemented in a technically possible scope. The first copy of the data is free
