The scope of Service activities includes:
- training in the technology of manufacture, preparation and proper operation of Fenes manufactured products
- technical advice on the selection and correct operation of saws and arbor tools manufactured by Fenes
- solving customer problems arising from the use of our products - complaints
- meeting the customer's needs in the development of special tools and the way they are used

Complaints
Method of filing complaints:
- by regular mail to the Company's address,
- by fax at 25 6325251 w. 395,
- by e-mail to: jakosc@fenes.com.pl,
- at the registered office of the Company.
When submitting a complaint, one should provide:
- name and address of the complainant,
- the advertised product, its description and information about the problem encountered,
- information about the requested redress.
The time limit for processing complaints in accordance with the applicable regulations.
