We perform cutting to the required length of all kinds of solid materials, profiles, sections in the range: 0÷200 mm.

Friction welding

We perform friction welding in solid material in the range of 10÷55 mm in diameter and with details drilled from the face 56÷90 mm.

Heat treatment of steel

We perform steel heat treatment services in a vacuum furnace - maximum batch size: 500x550x550 mm and maximum weight of 250 kg, and chamber furnace - maximum charge of 700 mm and maximum weight of 50 kg.

Turning

We offer turning in diameters up to 400 mm and lengths up to 2000 mm.

Milling

We carry out milling of the following dimensions: length up to 600 mm, width 300 mm, height up to 300 mm in the subdivision length up to 600 mm, diameter up to 300 mm.

Grinding

We offer grinding of:

• shafts: diameter up to 300 mm, length up to 1000 mm,
• holes: diameter up to 200 mm, length up to 150 mm,
• planes: length up to 1000 mm, width up to 300 mm, height up to 300 mm,
• shapes on optical grinder:
• - planes: profile width up to 150 mm, height up to 45 mm,
• - rollers: profile width up to 150 mm, diameter up to 120 mm.

Drilling

On our drilling machines we can drill holes in objects with dimensions: length up to 1200 mm, width up to 1000 mm, drilling depth up to 400 mm.

For coordinating drilling, the dimensions of the object: length up to 500 mm, width up to 400 mm, height up to 200 mm.

Reconditioning and sharpening of tools

We offer professional sharpening of both high-speed steel and carbide cutting tools.
