Sharpening

We sharpen gang saws on efficient semi-automatic machines, on which it is possible to sharpen stellite saws as well.

Parameters of sharpened saws:

• height of sharpened teeth 5÷35 mm
• pitch of sharpened teeth 8÷80 mm
• tooth rake angle 3÷30°
• max length of sharpened saws 1800 mm
• width of saws 70÷180 mm
• sharpening speed 30/40 teeth/min.

Punching holes in gang saws

We provide the service of punching holes to prepare the gang saw for hardware. At the customer's request, we can punch holes in one row or in two rows.

Forging

We provide fitting of saws. The price of fitting includes the cost of punching holes, slats and rivets. You can also order any options, such as hole punching alone.
