Reaming

We carry out the unraveling of band saws on the RWM unraveling machine.

Parameters of reaming:

• size of reaming up to 1.0 mm per side
• accuracy of unblocking +/- 0.05 mm
• advancement speed 70 teeth/minute
• width of saws 15÷100 mm
• tooth pitch 8÷50 mm
• tooth height 5÷15 mm
• thickness of saw blades up to 1.2 mm

Sharpening

Sharpening of band saws for wood is carried out on a semi-automatic sharpener, thanks to which we obtain a repeatable reproduction of the outline of all teeth.

Parameters of sharpened saws:

• length of sharpened saws 2400÷5000 mm
• width of sharpened saws 15÷50 mm
• height of sharpened teeth 4÷7 mm
• pitch of sharpened teeth 22 mm
• sharpening speed 40 teeth/min.

Welding

We perform professional welding of band saws for cutting metal and wood on the equipment of reputable manufacturers.

The range of welding saws:

• bimetal saws - 13 ÷54 mm
• monolithic saws - 6÷25 mm
• wood cutting saws - 10÷80 mm
• meat saws - 16 ÷19 mm

Hardening

We offer induction hardening of saw blades with a width of 6 ÷ 50 mm.
