Piła taśmowa do drewna GROM (bimetalowa)
Charakterystyka materiału, z którego wykonana jest piła taśmowa GROM:
- taśma nośna: stal narzędziowa węglowa zawierająca składniki stopowe
takie jak węgiel, krzem, mangan, chrom (twardość 47÷52 HRC) - ostrze: nakładka wykonana ze stali M42 (twardość 66÷68 HRC)
Warunki pracy piły taśmowej GROM:
- zalecane: drewno nie korowane zapiaszczone, drewno zmrożone, drewno twarde
- możliwe do zastosowania: drewno niekorowane czyszczone, drewno średnio twarde
- nie zalecane: drewno okorowane, drewno miękkie
Instrukcja użytkowania piły taśmowej GROM:
- naprężenie: 170 - 175 MPa, zalecane stosowanie tensometru FENES TPT-67
- docieranie: praca przy posuwie 50% (10 minut)
- chłodzenie: piła wymaga obfitego chłodzenia pozwalającego uniknąć przegrzania
- rozwieranie: 0,45 - 0,50 mm na stronę w zależności od gatunku przecieranego drewna i szerokości taśmy (rozwieranie na 1/2 wysokości mierzonej od wierzchołka), zalecane stosowanie rozwieracza FENES RPT-60
- posuw: 2 - 8 m/min. w zależności od gatunku i czystości drewna
- prędkość skrawania: ok. 30 m/s
- ostrzenie: rekomendowane ściernicą SZLIF BORAZON dostosowaną do geometrii ostrza FENES, z chłodzeniem olejowym, zalecane stosowanie ostrzarki FENES OPT-60
- czas pracy: ok. 3 godz. pracy + 12 godz. odpoczynku piły pierwsze ostrzenie; po ok. 3 godz. pracy piły - kontrolować rozwarcie, zalecane stosowanie przyrządu do pomiaru rozwarcia zębów
