In FENES automatic cutting machines, after switching on the switch, the entire cutting cycle, i.e. fixing the cut material in the hydraulic vise, switching on the cutting belt movement, material feed, lowering the cutting arm (adjustable speed), stopping the machine after the cut is made, lifting the arm up (the height of the arm lifting is adjustable), and switching off the hydraulic vise, takes place automatically. Safety during the cutting process is ensured by an electrical system that meets all CE requirements. A roller table is added as standard equipment!

Column - FENES belt cutters are large-size column automatic machines with cutting capabilities ranging from 400×600 mm to 1600×2500 mm. The manufacturer offers models with the possibility of cutting in two directions.
In cutters , after switching on the switch, the entire cutting cycle, i.e. starting the movement of the cutting belt, lowering the cutting arm (adjustable speed), stopping the machine after the cut, lifting the arm up (the height of lifting the arm is adjustable), is carried out automatically. Safety during the cutting process is ensured by an electrical installation that meets all CE requirements. The machine has a limit switch stopping the machine after finishing the cutting process, an emergency switch so-called "safety mushroom", a number of microswitches turning off the machine. The massive, stable and refined structure and the arm made of uniform cast iron provides the machine with very high rigidity and stability when cutting, resulting in precise cutting and long trouble-free operation. The construction, as well as the use of a suitable cutting belt, makes it possible to fully perform multi-series cuts of both profiles and full details.
The cutting machine is equipped with a touch screen PANEL for inputting cutting data, length and number of pieces with 8 programs.
