Information:

Precision-made tilting inspection vise for measuring and checking.
The material of the tool is high quality alloy steel.
Working surfaces hardened to 58-62 HRC.
It is possible to change the position of the vise in two axes(Y to 45° and Z in full 360°).
Movement in the Y-axis is enabled by a special knob, which precisely positions the tool according to a vernier scale with an elementary division every 3 minutes.
The body and fixed jaw form a monolithic unit, which reduces the occurrence of additional backlash and run-out, as with screw-on fixed jaws.
On the movable jaw, threaded holes allow the installation of protective caps.
On the sides of the jaws, threaded holes for mounting bumpers.
The prismatic movable jaw allows clamping of shafts and other shapes.
The large surface of the base is an asset for mounting the tool with an electromagnet, in addition, the beans have been cut for traditional screw mounting.
The removable vise itself, which can operate independently on a similar basis to the SPZA, but without the ability to work in another clamping device.
